in accordance with its
information – educational program will
hold the regular seminar:
"Modern technologies and equipment for
cement production control " will be held
from 26 to 29 March 2018 in partnership with
BRUKER and ThyssenKrupp in Kolomna and
LafargeHolcim cement plant.
LafargeHolcim was established in July 2015
through the merger of Lafarge and Holcim.
LafargeHolcim is present in 80 countries,
employing more than 90,000 people. The group
includes more than 200 cement plants and
grinding plants around the world.
In Russia, the company owns three operating
plants with a total capacity of about 7
million tons of cement.
LafargeHolcim is the leader in the cement
industry in the field of research and
development. Great value is given to the
quality of cement. The group includes one of
the best independent research laboratories
for the analysis of building materials in
Russia, which takes an active part in the
certification of building materials,
including cements, concretes, mixtures and
nonmetallic materials.
At the seminar it is planned to hear reports
of representatives of research institutes
and Universities, technical specialists of
cement plants, domestic and foreign
manufacturers of laboratory equipment,
analytical equipment, including streaming
systems of selection and preparation of
samples, pneumatic and mechanical transport
of raw materials, instrumentation, tools,
and automation systems for the cement
industry and in particular laboratories.
The organizing Committee offers the
following main topics for the reports:
-modern laboratory equipment for cement
plants.
-modern equipment for sampling and
preparation of samples of cement and raw
materials;
-stream analysis of the composition of the
raw mix and bulk materials;
-Instrumentation and automation processes,
samples and laboratory analysis;
-modern transportation, containers, packing;
- grinding and grinding of raw materials;
- homogenization of the raw mix by air and
by mechanical means;
- algorithms and methods of adjusting the
raw mix in the silo and in the stream;
- streaming weighers;
- automation of raw materials and cement
mills, automation auxiliary equipment;
- automation of mixing different materials;
- the soft starter and frequency converters
for high-voltage synchronous and
asynchronous motors of various plants;
- Instrumentation and laboratory automation
cement plants, instrumentation technical
processes for the production of cement;
- automatic system of specialists training
for laboratories and the main departments of
cement plants.
At the seminar will be reports on the
current systems in the analysis of raw
materials by the partners BRUKER (analytical
equipment) and ThyssenKrupp (automatic
sample preparation).
Also provides for reports by heads of
laboratories of cement plants.
We welcome heads of cement enterprises of
Russia and the CIS, their deputies,
technologists, heads of laboratories, chief
engineers, chief mechanics, Department
heads, the instrumentation and automation
and their deputies, Russian and foreign
manufacturers of equipment for laboratories
and cement plants.

cultural programs.
